I’m a senior IT leader with more than 15 years of experience across enterprise platforms, application ownership and global teams.

My career has progressed from hands-on system ownership to leading enterprise application and Product Owner teams. I have worked across identity, CRM, HR platforms and other services that organisations rely on every day.

That work brings together responsibilities that are often treated separately: platform strategy, supplier relationships, commercial commitments, operational reliability and the authority to make decisions.

I bring that perspective to advisory work and mentoring. I help people clarify the question, examine the evidence and identify a practical next step.

My interest in AI is grounded in the same approach: understand the work, choose a useful application, test the output and establish who will own it.
